Have flowers left over from a wedding, event, or celebration? Don't let them go in the dumpster. ReBloom SD collects them, restyles them into bouquets, and hand-delivers them free to people across San Diego County who could use a reason to smile.
Donate Flowers in San Diego
FAQs
What we accept — Fresh cut flowers and greenery in good condition: centerpieces, bouquets, arch & aisle arrangements, bulk stems. We can't use wilted or artificial flowers.
Who can donate — Couples, wedding planners, venues, florists, flower carts, grocery and retail stores, and corporate event teams.
Where we operate — Pickups same day throughout San Diego County. We can sometimes help outside SD county, depending on distance and timing; just ask.
When to reach out — Ideally 2 weeks before your event so we can schedule pickup. Last-minute? Contact us anyway; if a volunteer is available, we'll say yes.
Pickup or drop-off — Our volunteers come to your venue at the end of the event; just set the flowers aside. If event ends late into the evening, we may arrange to pick up the following day.
What happens next — Within a day, your flowers are restyled into bouquets with a card noting the celebration they came from, then delivered to a care facility in our community.
Who we work with
Couples —
Your wedding flowers had one perfect day. Give them a second one. Tell us your date and venue, and we'll arrange pickup at the end of the night so you don't have to think about it.
Florists & Shops —
Leftover stems, end-of-week inventory, arrangements that didn't sell. Set them aside, and we'll collect them on a schedule that works for you. We'll also credit your shop on social media when you'd like.
Planners & Venues —
Offer your clients a built-in way to give back. Add ReBloom SD to your vendor list or your teardown checklist, and we'll handle the rest with one email.
We also need vases…
Every bouquet needs a home.
We reuse donated vases and small jars rather than buying new, so if you have a shelf of them collecting dust, we'd love them. Clean, unchipped, small to medium sizes are ideal.
Your flowers can become someone else's moment of connection.
One wedding's centerpieces can become dozens of bedside bouquets by Sunday afternoon.
